Hi ladies!

How long did it take for your cycles to regulate after going off birth control? I went off in mid-December and am still so irregular. My cycles have been lasting anywhere from 21-38 days, it's different every month. I was very regular before ever going on BC but then again that was 10 years ago.

Also I am using OPKs and have been having very short luteal phases, this month was 5 days. Does that have anything to do with my body adjusting to going off BC, i.e. will it improve, or is it completely unrelated?

Going to the Dr. next month but I'm frustrated and looking for answers. Anyone have similar experiences?... Any insight/advice you can give is very appreciated!
