Miscarriage after a tubal ligation

I recently found out I was 2 weeks pregnant. However, in 2009 I had a tubal ligation and I am currently having a miscarriage. My husband and I thought we were done having children but this miscarriage has made us realize we want another child. I go to the OBGYN on Monday and I have so many questions for him. My question here is: Has anyone here ever had a tubal ligation and had their tubes grow back together? If so, have you had a successful pregnancy?
