Hey girl! Here are my tips BUT first and foremost I would highly recommend getting to know your body first by yourself before introducing to partner. Trust me! It will help further down the road.

The best thing thats helped me is just using lube to get it in, then laying there for a little bit to get used to it without moving. Usually for me its super uncomfortable until we get it all the way in without any pull and then its wet enough to slide easily with no pain. It takes patience and some pain but i know for me the rewards are compleeeetly worth it!
