Changing my diet
Hi, I have never posted on glow anything more than a post but I really would like some advice. I have been a vegetarian for over 6 years now, and I have decided to go back to eating meat but I'm scared to be quite frank. Is there anything I need to know about going back to eating meat? Is there anything that I need to do to prepare myself mentally/physically? I'm scared I won't be able go back to eating meat, but I have already made my decision to go through with it. Sorry for this random post, my anxiety has been going through the roof thinking about this decision.
