Nipple Piercings Infected??

I have had mine for 1 year and 3 months and last night while in the shower I noticed that my piercing had a little crust with blood so I cleaned it really good in the shower- fast forward to today I went to work and came straight home and took a nap so when I woke up I went to go take my shower I noticed crust again with dried up blood so before my shower I did a peroxide soak followed by a sea salt soak so now I am just wiping around to get the crust that's no longer crust off and it's bleeding a little. It doesn't hurt but I'm worried. Normal if it's bled in the past its bcz I scratched it a little too hard as it does tend to be very itchy at times..the discharge or crust I always find is white or off white..HELLLPPPPP
