Rash? Or what

So I have no clue what this is just popped up in the last hour. Nothing new in my diet except cutting out soda. Not allergic to anything, no new soaps or fabric softeners. Don't know what it could be. I do live in flint mi but only use the water for 20 min shower max nothing more. Never have I broke out before so it couldn't be from the water. Help!!!
