call er tomorrow or ..?

so I am 26 weeks and the past few nights I've noticed a smell of period blood. I just was never sure if the stains in my underwear were from discharge or blood , this morning you could see a blood stain. but it's light blood and only happens at night. I haven't had sex or anything so I don't know why this is happening. I called labor & delivery and they said there's nothing they can do about it. they said if i keep bleeding I can come up there but they'll just release me. I was gonna wait until Wednesday when I have my OB appt but tonight it bad. I'm feeling what feels like contractions. I'm sure they are Braxton hicks but they are about 30 mins apart and hurt bad. I can't breath properly when they happen and it just makes me wanna throw up. I'm very light headed & I just don't know what to do.
