Nervous new mama

Im officially 6 months 😊 im a new mom and every day i worry about the day my little girl will be here. Im very nervous about the pain from contractions and freaked out by an epidural if I decide to get one. How do i calm my nerves. How bad is labor actually? Help me out mommas
