Worried about miscarriage at 13 weeks

I'm past the 12 week mark so statistically I should be not worrying yet I keep seeing posts or reading stories of people who had miscarriages at 14,16, etc. weeks. It's scaring me so much! I just want my baby to be healthy and it's crazy to think I could get this far and everhthig at the doctors can be fine and then it can all go wrong.
