I don't know what's going on!

Please read carefully befor voting: I have a 6 month old son. I stopped breastfeeding 6 weeks ago. I still have not had a period since his birth. A few days ago I had just a spot of pink discharge and thought my period was coming as I was cramping like crazy. My period never showed up and the cramping is on and off now. Now I have thick, yellow tinged discharge. This discharge is similar to the discharge I've had in early pregnancy and a few days before my BFP with my last two pregnancies and was not an infection...just something to do with my hormones. So, all signs point to pregnancy, right? Well, my husband had a vasectomy a year ago! Yes, he went back and confirmed he was sterile after a few weeks but hasn't been tested since. No, I haven't cheated. So, what do you think? Did his vasectomy naturally reverse and I'm pregnant? Or is my body just trying to regulate still?
