Advice please.

So my cousin just told me she's pregnant. She told her mom but now her mom won't talk to her. She hasn't told her dad yet but my question is if her mom won't take her to the Dr and her insurance is under her parents right now, can she still see the Dr without them there? She is 17 about to be 18. Lives in Texas. I unfortunately don't live near her or I would take her. Any advice about her seeing the Dr would help. Thanks
