So I was dx with a yeast infection at my last ob visit, she told me to use the OTC monistat 7, the first two treatments make me feel like I am on fire, sever burning and itching sensation, and I swear it may be causing some abdominal pain, thinking about skipping tonight's dose and calling the doc tomorrow. Has anyone else had similar reaction to this treatment? I'm wondering if it's an allergic reaction or is this normal?! I'm going crazy, certainly do not want to skip a dose but not quite sure if I can handle another restless night and this horrible feeling while at work tomorrow. I have also started a probiotic and have been drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice, changed brands of underwear, including wearing looser clothing. Not sure what else I can do!! Advise!?!?! Please?
