Hungry now 24/7

Ughhhh sooooo im 12 weeks 5days today lol i was on dicelgis from week 6 till about last week. I had morning sickness😂literally a.m-pm! When i was on it I wasn't very hungry (side effect it said loss of appetite) I of course was still eating but never was like "omg im starving" since being off of it......i wake up at 6am starving, im hungry all day, im hungry all night, im hungry going to bed. I eat allday/night like why am i always starving!!!!! When i eat I can't eat much i feel like there is no room in there and get sick if i overeat. Anyone like this or am i crazy
