I don't even know how I did it noticed it when I got dressed this morning quite hard and sore to touch

The pink color around the scab is a good sign it's healing. If it turns red, or red lines develope around the wound then you would want to treat it with some topical ointment.

Doesnt look infected, doesnt look red, angry, swollen or pussing. Perhaps try some  antiseptic  cream.

I would clean it with peroxide. It appears to be a bit infected but nothing peroxide, noes poring and a band aid won't fix.
