Yes you can. I have PCOS and my doctor explained that you may ovulate approximately two weeks before a period...so you may ovulate without getting a period, and thus get pregnant or not. A period just means that nothing implanted and it's time for the lining to shed.

Yes 100%, I got pregnant with my daughter after not having a period for 4 1/2-5 months. My last period that year was in febuary and I got pregnant the end of June beginning of July. I thought I couldn't get pregnant because I wasn't having my period but clearly I was mistaken and found out at 10 weeks that I was pregnant with my beautiful little girl.

If you don't ovulate you cannot get pregnant.. So if you're not getting a period you're prob not ovulating. May need to try Clomid

Just because you get a period every month. Doesnt mean you  ovulate, every month. If you do ovulate then there'sa chance of pregnancy.

Technically yes. Because of my pcos I always skip periods but we got pregnant after only two months of trying.
