Period late by 2 days

Is it time to freak out? Back pains, constant dizziness, feeling more sleepy than usual and craving all types of food. Breast a little bit sore but not too much. Some white milky discharge that has no smell. I had sex about 3 weeks ago where my boyfriend ejaculated inside of me. But last week when I was throwing up I took pregnancy test and it said negative. Advices?
