Different cycle

Each month my cycle is late and keeps being late.

4 months ago I was late by 1 day

3 months ago I was late by 2 days

2 months ago I was late by 3 days

And this month I was late by 4 days

I don't know wtf is going on since I got off the depo I had to wait 8 months to even get a period. What the should I do?
