All my life I've been irregular but for the last 7-8 months my periods have been every month..my last period was march 26-30..and April nothing

My husband and I had unprotected sex on 15th & 25 of march and a few more times late April....so today I took a hpt and it was negative... Idk if I should take it or should I test in a few days to make sure...my next estimated period is may 7...

Idk if its cause my period might be arriving but my breast are achy, I've been having light cramps, alil gassy, and been constipated on and off for two weeks now..

I'm 20 with no health insurance.. So idk how to know for sure...
