Fertility blend with 0 sperm?

Question

We just got my husband's SA results back and it showed that he has 0 sperm. Will fertility blend help him? Our RE didn't say much about it, just that he wants to do a blood test to determine the cause of no sperm.

Ask about Clomid. My husband has zero sperm due to medication he had been taking, once he got off the medication and got on Clomid he had a normal count within 3 months
