Is it safe ?

Hey before I got pregnant I was a varsity cheerleader and a member of the dance line . Today I started stretching and thought why not try a few stunt stretches . I'm 30 weeks is this safe or should I not do it again

I'm pretty sure that if it wasn't safe to do it you wouldn't be able to do it because it would cause pain. You look awesome for being 30 weeks!

Dang girl!! Perfectly safe, keep it up! (: I've practiced yoga for a long time and right before finding out I was pregnant I was trying to master a couple of more intense poses... I was getting so close then I had to stop cause it was either uncomfortable or I didn't trust myself with my new found lack of balance haha 😂

Just make sure your growing belly isn't throwing off your balance so you don't fall

I did competition Cheerleading for 7 years, and while I was pregnant i still did stunt stretches... My OB said not to do Scorpions because of the risk of falling and not being able to catch myself and just said to use caution because i know my limitations...Obviously no actual stunts or tumblimg but stretching was fine..

My doctor told me that as far as yoga and stretching goes as long as it isn't uncomfortable it's safe. If it feels okay then I'd say keep it up :)
