I had my first kiss at 19 and i dont think i missed out or should be embarrassed so my answer is no. There is right time and right person for everything, dont just do it because everyone else is. Be a fruitloop in a cheerio bowl and embrace it :)

I had my first kiss at 17. Thought I was late but ended up finding Mr Right and getting married before a lot of my friends who had been dating for years. Everything at your own pace!

When I was in my early teens I had a guy try to convince me to kiss him "just to get it over with". I told him no a few times before he got the hint. My first kiss ever (with a different boy of course) ended up being one of those 'dream kisses' where everything was romantic, sweet, and perfect in most ways. Worth it for sure! Don't rush it, it'll be better to let it just happen as it will.

Embarrassing would be doing something everyone else is doing just because well everyone everyone else is going it. (Not everyone of course but majority). You shouldn't be embarrassed for waiting. Everyone moves at different paces.
