Insurance says No to home birth

My insurance has given me nothing but stop signs as far as covering my home birth plan. I'm feeling bummed since I've already experienced 2 unpleasant hospital births and 1 amazing home water birth. Last time we paid out of pocket but this year our budget it tighter die to unforseen circumstances and I don't see it being smart to pay out of pocket this time. So disappointed after all my phone calls. Seems my only option is a birth center, definitely preferred over hospital. What would you ladies do?

A. Out of pocket Home birth (by getting a second job or something? : ~$5000)

B. Birth center (most costs covered by insurance)

C. Hospital birth (fully covered)
