I need advice

For almost a year, me & my boyfriend have been having sex. In the last few weeks to a month he has asked to cum inside me at least three times & he told me he wants a baby. I have been wanting a baby for awhile, but I haven't told him that. I don't know what to do if I do get pregnant & if he actually will be there for me during the pregnancy & after. How do I tell him how I feel?
