i dont know how to play with my 2 month old!

ive never been good with children, never have been around children.  I love my dear son so much, but I just feel like I'm not doing enough with him!  I'm with him 24/7 and when he's awake I don't know what to do to entertain or play with him! i sing to him sometimes, or I'll talk to him but sometimes I just forget to speak out loud!  I have a play mat for him, a swing, the essentials. but he seems to be bored with me when I hold him in my lap! so I end up just putting him in his swing. he tries to watch the TV but I know that's not good for him!
