High blood pressure

I went to the doctors today, and my blood pressure was 140/88. I've never had a issue with high blood pressure, I don't have any signs of preclampsia. There's no protein in my urine. I might've been a tad bit stressed. I didn't feel the baby move as much this morning so I was walking in the doctors a little worried. It's been a rough week for me, my boyfriend had surgery and I been taking care of him and cleaning a lot and not getting much sleep. I go back tomorrow morning to check again. I'm worried. Anyone other ladies experience this but didn't have preclampsia?
