Please I need help

I don't know what to do.....Just found out I have chlamydia and that can ruin my chances of conceiving. I got it from my fiance and it had to have been months ago. He didn't know he had it and I Dont blame him at all or even a little bit. But I'm destroyed thinking that we can't have a baby or I get one of the pregnancies that don't end up in my uterus and could kill me. We have been trying for 10 months and I don't think I could handle not being able to have my own. I can't talk to my fiance about it because he feels responsible and is beating himself up :/ I don't know what to do
