I just started my period any tips?!? 😰🔴

Okay so I'm 15 and I just started my period and since I'm obviously still in school and little any tips on like good pad brands btw I don't use tampons 😊

I liked Always pads when I was younger. I haven't used pads in a long time, but I believe they make the ones with the foam core. Those were favorite things ever. Also, just a word of advice...throw an extra pair of jeans or leggings in your locker. Leaks happen and there will probably come a day when you'll be happy to have them! Not even going to lie, I'm almost 24 and sometimes I'm thankful for an extra pair 😂

Hey I'm 13 and stared my period 2 years ago. Sounds wired but I use the always maxi night pads as I fill more comfortable in them and I only change about twice a day. I dont use tampons as I can't fit them up there 😂😂 but just use what your most comfortable in xx

I'm 13 and got my period around 8-9 months ago. If you find regular pads a bit too big like I did at first, u by Kotex tween for sure. If not, u by Kotex regulars/heavys. Soft, super absorbant, nice wings, and just overall great. I did try the always infinity teen, they were extremely comfortable, but I find they tear in the back and the wings kinda just suck. Once after school I checked my pad and a chunk of foam was missing... I have no idea where it went, haha. Always keep pads with you whether you think you're starting or not, keep a kit with you at all times. Put pads in your backpack and if you have one your purse. Good luck!

The new always "infinity" I think? The really thin ones worked great because I could barely feel it but I never leaked

Always infinity pads are amazing. I always carry an extra pair of underwear. But like the other girl said, another pair of jeans or something is a good idea too. I also always carry Advil. Period cramps are the worst.
