Confused?

I'm 87 days post c section. I got my period around 50 something days. It's been a month and I'm already late. I got my period for two weeks, so I'm guessing it's that. However I keep getting cramp pains but no period yet! :( I'm also pumping milk but I do it roughly 4 to 3 times a day. I am having sex but was on the pill. Is it normal?

It will take your body some time to adjust and regulate your period. I wouldn't worry too much. I had a c section and was pumping as well and my first periods were similar to what you're describing :)

Breastfeeding can delay your period!! When I was breastfeeding my son, I didn't get a period for 9 months!!

You are on the pill currently? Or you were before pregnancy? I have heard breastfeeding can throw off your cycle, but I would suggest a call to your doctor, and I would say test, but I don't know when HCG leaves the system after pregnancy.
