in laws

so my problem is my in laws I can't actually be around them as they actually make me so angry. so I've been staying away no problem to me but my husband can't drive so he getting cross that we haven't visited. he thinks I should just forgive them but I can't I've had 2 ectopics the 1st his sister rang me on my 2nd day back at work asking for advice on weather she should start having children was totally gobsmacked. and on the 2nd ectopic I ruptured and was rushed to emergency surgery and it took them near 2 weeks to visit.

any ideas on what to do next???
