Cold sores!!!!

I have just come back from a music festival where I've barely eaten and slept, I got back home and the next morning I could feel swelling of a cold sore! Later that night it got huge and I started seeing another one appear! I've been putting tea tree oil on it and googling so many home remedies but it just feels like they are getting nothing but worse!
