Cramps + Back pain = Endometriosis?

But Glow keeps telling me every time now that it's associated with endometriosis. I never had that before, so I'm not sure what to think of it. I don't have insurence yet, but can possibly go to a local woman's clinic to check. But isn't endometriosis bad? Why would Glow keep telling me this if it might not be anything other than ... possibly a BFP instead of AF. I know wishful thinking, but throwing diagnosis like endometriosis around just because of those two symptoms makes me rethink this app a little. I don't wanna live in fear that something is wrong with me. I don't know, what do you girls think? 😕
