Can you bleed and ovulate ?

Hi so yesterday I took 4 ovulation tests one in the morning witch was quite dark then one at lunch time it got lighter and one at dinner time that got even lighter then one in the evening but as I took that one the lane was dark but as u wiped i noticed I was bleeding ?? And I took one today and never guess what it's still darkish and still bleeding it's like heavy spotting?? Please help me x
