Hi all! I'm new to this group but had a quick question. My wife and I are just finishing up our first round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> (fingers crossed for our bfp!) but are starting to wonder about the legal side of things. We used anonymous donor sperm so we aren't concerned about that but will we still need to do second parent adoption or will I be able to list my wife on the birth certificate? Is it different in different states? Thanks, any advice is appreciated!
