80% effaced + membrane sweep!
just wanted to keep everyone posted. today i had my 39 week appointment and first cervical check - she said i'm 2cm and 80% effaced! i was shocked. baby is at station -2 and cervix still needs to come down.
she swept my membranes, too, and yes it was painful BUT it was over before i knew it. probably like 15-20 seconds if i had to guess!
that was an hour ago, i have period-like cramps but who knows!!
