Does it seem like I've dropped??

This is baby girl #1. I'm 38w6d. Due date is set for April 12th. I constantly feel as if I'm opening up down there my pelvis area hurts a lot. Last Drs appointment he said I was about a finger tip open (this was like two Mondays ago) he hasn't checked me since next appointment is this upcoming Monday. What to you think?
