Conception date?

I'm supposedly 13w based on my ultra sound. but the first time me and my bf had sex was feb 14. My lmp was feb1st. Does it starts from your lmp...even though your not technically prego yet???

Lmp and ultra sounds don't necessarily add up .. When using your LMP they consider you around 2weeks pregnant before you actually are. Most doctors only keep your LMP as your due date if your US is less then 5days off

For me LMP was Feb 15 2016 But I didnt conceive until March 30 2016 according to Ultrasound. So using LMP for me was in correct but I recently stopped Birthcontrol in Feb. so that may be why.

Yes the first 2 weeks of pregnancy you are not actually pregnant

They go by the 1st day of your last period .
