So from the first time I found out I was pregnant I knew it was going to be a scary process but never realized how scary... after having a miscarriage 3 years ago I already started out nervous thinking the worst with everything... everyday I'd posy for a happy healthy baby, waking up one day to having a brown discharge being told I had a subchorionic hematoma (slight detachment of the placenta) and being put on bed rest for over a week, to later in my pregnancy finding out I was anemic, had low amniotic fluid, and my baby slowly getting IUGR I was constantly monitored. I would get a sonogram every week to measure her belly growth and measure her amniotic fluid, and would get biweekly non stress tests to monitor her heart rate and movements... I was then told by my OB I was going to need to deliver early at 37 weeks. May 4 I came in to be induced, after a long painful process my beautiful babygirl was born. 5 lbs 5 oz 17.5 inches long... although I had a lot of difficulties through the whole process I wouldn't trade it for the world because I have my little miracle baby, my rainbow baby, my world with me now.
