Urine stain or old blood?

Has anyone woken up the morning after a night of constant peeing to find a darkish stain in their pants? And unsure whether it's urine or dried blood?

I have 3 weeks left and now wearing pads as I've run out of liners 😩 I was told by the staff in the hospital when I had my last ultrasound it was cervical discharge and my body is getting ready. Its also where the baby pushes there head down too so it releases some. I lost my plug 5 days ago and been having the horrible stuff since 😔

Yes I have an I'm 4 weeks of my due date :-/ hmm I was like hmm is that darl wee or a bit of blood stained
