Taking painkillers while TTC

Need your advice- on Tuesday I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out under GA (general anesthetic) in quite a lot of pain & the surgeon gave me max strength ibuprofen & paracetamol whilst I hAve been taking both to help with the pain I decided to read up about taking painkillers & TTC to which I found that taking ibuprofen is a big no no but I couldn't find any info on taking paracetamol- last time I had some was last night; not had any today but the pain is outrageous & I'm really struggling now.
