Gender reveal
I'm SO surprised!! Throughout the 4 years of ttc I wanted a girl. But as soon as I got pregnant I instantly felt it was a boy! And was 90% sure until a couple weeks ago I had a dream it was a baby girl and she was beautiful with a full head of dark dark hair - then I started questioning myself. Sweet baby girl in there! I'm so excited! I can't believe I was so wrong. My husband was hit with an instant wave of anxiety when he heard girl (I can't help but giggle) but has anyone else dealt with this? He's already talking about having to fend off the boys. He's worried - "what do I know about raising a girl!?" I tried to comfort him by asking well what do you know about raising a boy - that didn't work. I just keep giving him words of encouragement and reinsuring him. There is nothing like a father daughter relationship. It's so special. I know he'll do great!
