No Sugar! Do you think you could give up sugar for at least 30 days?

Both sides of my family have diabetes, I struggle with my weight, IBS, frequent yeast infections, acne, and chronic hip pain/arthritis from an injury in the Army. I decided to do the Whole 30 diet which eleminates sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, dairy, and processed food additives for 30 days. After the 30 days you reintroduce these product slowly to see what is causing you trouble. At 27 years old I feel like I'm falling apart, fat, and tired. I think my worst cravings will be for sugar. I just don't know how I'm going to get through the cravings. Any suggestions?
