Iaido during pregnancy
I've done Iaido and Jujutsu for the past year or so, obviously I know i can't do the Jujutsu during pregnancy because of how rough it is and I don't want to hurt myself dropping to the ground on the mats...
But now my question is if I should be worried about Iaido? I don't plan to compete or anything, I just need to practice formation/stances. It really is a great form of exercise and stretching... I get worried because it can be alot of stress on the abdomen and pelvis... Please any input is helpful.
