Should I worry ?

I've been 133 my entire pregnancy . I'm 17w5d . I haven't gained anything and some days I look bigger than others which I think is odd. And I'm not sure if it's gas or movement . This is all new to me and not sure if I should worry or not

Im 18 weeks and I've lost 10 pounds since I became pregnant. My doctor said as long as I'm still eating and taking my pre-natals that it's okay.
