Plan B or Morning after pill

Last month my period was suppose to come on the 17th. He came inside me a week earlier so I took plan b. My period started a week later. This month my period has to be it started and we've been using a condom its only a couple times we did the withdrawal method and he swears up and down he pulled out which I believe. Am I pregnant or is my period off due to plan b?
