Accepting differences in relationship

My boyfriend does not say "i love you". He is not comfortable with cheesy things. he is not comfortable with calling me . He is mot comfortable introduing me to his parents. He is not comfortable with keeping our relationship public on social media, like when i post a picture of us. He is 5 years older than me and im 18. Im young n i like cheesy shit. We're different people. I should be accepting that he is different. But he should too right? Idk. :/
