Swelling??

Ok y'all this has been going on for about a month now and I've gone to the doctor and they have put me on something for swelling and inflammation. This is getting soo painful! This is my right foot and its starting to do this ALLL THE TIME now. I am NOT pregnant! I do not take a lot of salt in or caffeine. Does anybody know why it would be swelling like this? It leaves my foot very tight and tingly..
