Sexual harassment??

A couple of months ago a boy around my age forced me into kissing him. I didn't think much of it but now he is constantly asking me to send him pictures and saying that he will spread rumours about me if I don't. I'm supposed to be going away with friends in a few weeks and he will be there too... Is this sexual harassment? If it is, what do I do?
