What option did you go with and were successful

These are the 3 choices presented to us and I have no idea what to do.. We have been trying for almost 3 years and I'm just ready for my bfp... What did you do? Why? Was it successful? Would you do it again given all options?

Answer

Two rounds of letrozole, one IUI, then one IVF (ICSI). The IVF was successful and I'm so glad we stopped wasting time and money on the others. We were facing anovulation and low count.

Got pregnant twice on clomid (one iui and one timed intercourse). Lost those two babies to early miscarriages. Currently 32 weeks with baby conceived with clomid plus injectables and Iui......last cycle before having to move on to ivf. Incredibly hard journey but absolutely worth it! I would do it again in a heartbeat (and may again in 2-3 years when trying for baby #2!) Good luck!
