HELP MEE

It's so hard too get over someone you've spent a long time with. Can someone tell me ways they get over their ex? It's very hard because we stay down the road from each other and it's not hard to see him around town. And it's even worst when people bring his name up around me 😩. How can I better myself so I won't think of him anymore.
