Bit emotional this period...

Where in the hell does this come from? The belief that our self worth is rooted in a man? That we have to take what we can get because we can't do better or deserve more? The feeling of being absolutely disgusted with a man but not having to will power to walk away?

Please please please teach your daughters better, install the strength in them to know their worth, to not settle for mediocrity, that it is, in fact, ok to be alone. To love herself enough to stand alone in all her glory and that happiness starts with being true to herself.

Some of us are still trying to figure that shit out.
